BAWFC 3 Spurs Ladies 0

Bristol began their pre-season match preparations with a hastily arranged fixture behind closed doors against Tottenham Hotspur Ladies.

Played on the 3G AstroTurf pitch at the Academy’s training base it proved an excellent work out for both teams. 

Goal scorers on the day for Bristol were Nikki Watts (2) and Ann-Marie Heatherson.

The Academy would like to put on record their thanks to Spurs for coming down at such short notice after their FA Women’s Cup match was postponed the day before.
