The Central Stadium is one of the main business cards, which embodies a whole range of sports in Voronezh. The stadium holds 32, 750 spectators, which is the largest third largest stadium in Russia. 

In November 2010, the Central Stadium held it’s first International friendly between Russia and Belgium, which Voronezh became the sixth city to hold an International football match. 

The stadium is also home to FC Fakel Voronezh who play in the Men’s Russian Championship, as well as FC Energiya Voronezh.
